The Global Market Access & Pricing Lead, Early Neurology provides an exceptional opportunity to shape the pricing and market access strategy for our emerging Alzheimer's Disease (ALZ) portfolio from the ground up. You will work at the intersection of science and business, collaborating across Global Development, Medical, Commercial, New Product Planning, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, Corporate Affairs, and key markets to fully realize the pricing and access potential of Sanofi's ALZ portfolio. You will also lead additional projects and workstreams related to neurodegenerative conditions beyond ALZ, including assessing business development opportunities. This position sits within the Global Market Access & Pricing Neurology Team, part of the Specialty Care Global Market Access organization, where collaboration, patient-centricity, and scientific rigor drive everything we do. Responsibilities

Lead value assessment of Sanofi's ALZ / neurodegenerative diseases assets and external opportunities; recommend price and access assumptions across key markets to support forecasts, business cases, and investment decisions (including target product indication, patient population, and product label) Develop compelling payer value propositions and early market access plans and strategies, with strong focus on competitive differentiation and scenario planning Actively contribute to Clinical Development Plans and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans to address payer needs in line with the target value proposition, access opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies Play a key role in shaping the ALZ ecosystem in collaboration with Public Affairs and other business partners to drive value recognition of Sanofi's assets by payers by the time of launch, aiming for sustainable access to innovation Actively contribute to the Early Neurology Global Market Access Sub-Team, a cross-asset market access forum that brings together global and local market access teams from key markets to review payer and market insights, and co-create strategies Serve as a core member of Global Project Teams and Commercial platforms, contributing to the formulation and execution of asset strategy and playing an active role in preparing governance meetings (TARC, DWG, IDCC) Act as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to the business, delivering payer insights through robust market research, advisory boards, early scientific advice, and other platforms to help drive strategic and investment decisions Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding scientific, clinical, and commercial developments relevant to the assets under scope as well as key competitors. Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related discipline Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, with an accomplished track record in pricing and market access, preferably in neurology, neuroscience, or similar complex therapeutic areas

Experience

working across different payer archetypes in key markets, with deep knowledge of the US market and healthcare system Key Competencies: Strategic leadership capability with ability to inform, influence, and align diverse stakeholders while working efficiently in cross-functional teams Innovative mindset with ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems Strong analytical skills, including pricing expertise, with ability to translate clinical information and messages into clear payer access strategies and recommendations Agility across multiple projects, with a proven track record of making strategic recommendations within compressed timeframes in a continuously evolving environment Business acumen and a genuine interest in scientific/research environments; comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage development settings Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages based on complex information Fluent in English, both written and oral.
