Typical Accountabilities - Lead the District Team to achieve or surpass predetermined sales forecasts and call execution objectives, ensuring alignment with company sales strategies. - Collaborate with individual sales representatives to set realistic yet demanding goals tailored to each territory's unique potential and market conditions. - Identify and proactively address potential obstacles that may hinder team performance, employing strategic problem-solving methods. - Regularly evaluate both individual and team progress against established goals and provide targeted coaching to enhance performance and outcomes. - Build and support the professional development of sales representatives, focusing on skill enhancement and preparing them for advanced roles, including future District Manager positions. - Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements related to interactions with healthcare professionals, sample distribution, and other industry standards. Qualifications and Skills Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Health Science.; Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills.; Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication abilities resulting in effective collaboration across functional areas to drive win/win outcomes that align to organizational objectives.; Demonstrated understanding of the hospital ecosystem, reimbursement and distribution challenges of a biologics product and leverages understanding to take a strategic approach to capitalize on marketplace opportunities.; Proven experience attracting, developing and retaining talent.; Experience launching new products in highly specialized market.
