Purpose of the role The Control Tower team member will be responsible. The role focuses on providing end-to-end visibility, driving continuous improvement, enhancing customer experience, and implementing automation and digital solutions to improve data quality and service delivery. You will be Responsible for Providing the right level of visibility to customers and internal/external stakeholders by ensuring effective shipment tracking, proactive delay monitoring, and governance across Maersk service offerings. Tracking and tracing shipment milestones throughout the entire shipment lifecycle to ensure timely updates and operational transparency. Monitoring shipments proactively and identifying shipments at risk by issuing predictive service alerts to relevant internal stakeholders. Preparing customer reports, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and other business review reports. Preparing invoicing reports in accordance with customer-specific formats and business requirements. Maintaining data quality, accuracy, and integrity to support customer reporting, operational governance, and business decision-making. Handling customer queries and operational concerns received through dedicated email channels and hotline support, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Reviewing end-to-end operational processes to identify shipment delays, collaborating with business teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Aligning with business teams to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring service issues and developing action plans to improve operational performance and customer experience. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Min 3-5 years of experience in LCL forwarding business.
