You will engage in analyzing existing processes and contribute to shaping application designs that align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous interaction with team members to ensure that the solutions developed are practical and effective, supporting seamless business operations. This position requires a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering well-structured application designs that facilitate efficient workflows. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine application requirements. - Document design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. - Continuously evaluate application designs for improvements and optimizations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with COBOL. - Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Ability to work with legacy systems and integrate new application components effectively. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and design methodologies. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise documentation and collaboration.
