Responsibilities
Generate and grow revenue from assigned geographical territories and named key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning service solutions accordingly. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, service) to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports. Maintain CRM data and ensure timely reporting and follow-ups. Daily and Monthly
Responsibilities
Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high level of service satisfaction and identification of potential new business opportunities Identify sales prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service product offered. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to provide consultative advice to sales prospects to achieve sales objectives Manage daily sales-oriented activities such as sales discussion, presentation, order bookings, and other documentation. Utilization of CRM for updating the funnel and reporting Timely respond to calls/emails.
Qualifications
Able to travel (30%) Bachelor of Science degree, ideally to have experience in the Life Sciences and/or Chemical Analysis industry 3 years of relevant experience in Sales. Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills both spoken and written ( English and Thai) Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Energetic and independent individual, driven to achieve results and able to interpret customers- needs and work to meet those needs. Enjoy working in a customer-facing environment Strong understanding of sales strategies and account management. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
