The preferred start date for the position is Fall 2026. An earned doctorate in Marketing from a regionally accredited institution is strongly preferred, though ABD will also be considered if the doctorate is earned by start of employment.
Experience
teaching at the undergraduate level is preferred but not required. Exceptionally well-qualified candidates with teaching and industry related experience will be considered for appointment at an advanced rank (associate or full professor). Only those candidates who have authorization to work in the United States can be considered for the position. We are seeking a faculty member who can support the Marketing program within the College of Business and Economics. Potential classes primarily include Marketing principles and Sales. A candidate who has an active interest in certifications and marketing research is preferred. In addition, the program has an emphasis on the use of technology which supports the field of marketing. While most classes taught will be in-seat to undergraduate students, faculty could have a potential teaching schedule that includes undergraduate and graduate classes offered at the Anderson main campus, the Greenville campus, and/or online.
