Collaborate closely with the recruiting team on the DL hiring plan and manage new hire gift inventory. Conduct new employee orientation sessions every Monday, updating presentation slides to align with global standards and translating content into Thai to meet ISO audit requirements. Assist with new employee onboarding processes, ensuring policy acknowledgments are signed and maintaining records in compliance with SOX requirements. Manage human resource personal information data within the Workday system for Thai employees, adhering to global restrictions. Maintain records of employee’s personnel-related data (Personal information, provident fund, Insurance, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met Monitor and follow up on probation confirmations with line managers. Collaborate with the global HRIS team to identify and resolve Workday system issues. Maintain and update the HRC handbook and workflow for Thailand. Assist line managers and employees with offboarding processes. Provide relevant data for payroll preparation (bonuses, provident fund enrollment, etc.). Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Provide ongoing support to HR operations and benefits teams. Generate and submit reports on general HR activities. Monitor HRConnections to promptly address employee inquiries and requests. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience/Skills: 2-4 years of relevant HR work experience. Good knowledge of general human resources practices, procedures, and benefit. Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Experience with data entry into HR database required. Excellent MS Office Suite work experience, emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
