Qualifications INTERNAL Open to P2s, P3s, and M1s with minimum 1 year in current role No DAs, PIP, Prescriptive period Minimum of 3.00 / Achieved in last performance rating POC experience is a plus EXTERNAL Bachelors degree/ Completed 2 years in college/ SHS Grad Minimum 3 years experience as a Supervisor/ Team Leader/ People Manager Leadership experience in healthcare a plus Willing to work US hours and on a hybrid set-up in BGC What is expected of you and others at this level Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff Administers and executes policies and procedures Ensures employees operate within guidelines Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
