Conduct in-depth situational analyses incorporating input from internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on pre-launch market conditions. Elaborate clear SWOT analyses, specifically identifying key issues relevant to new drug introduction. Perform risk analyses for pre-launch activities and develop robust mitigation plans. Formulate tailored promotion mixes and develop detailed forecasts considering pre-launch market dynamics. Devise positioning and communication strategies aligned with the unique value proposition of the new drug. 3. Expert Management and Medical Evidence Utilization for Pre-launch Possess extensive experience in engaging and managing relationships with medical experts critical for endorsement. Demonstrate a profound understanding of the process of generating medical evidence and supporting medical guidelines and consensus. Develop creative and compelling disease shaping campaigns that effectively communicate the new MOA and competitive advantage, grounded in solid medical evidence. Design and develop high-quality promotional materials that clearly highlight the new drug's unique features and benefits, based on medical insights. Evaluate the pre-launch effectiveness of promotional materials through rigorous testing, incorporating medical feedback, and make necessary adjustments. Plan and conduct field visits with medical team and launch team to monitor market dynamics. Coordinate and conduct in-depth product training sessions for internal teams. 4. Demonstrate deep understanding of product knowledge and therapy area knowledge Proactively maintain and upgrade knowledge of the new drug and its therapy area by sourcing the latest information, reading clinical reports/publications, and medical journals. Identify unique marketing opportunities for the new drug based on a deep understanding of medical information, market trends, and competitor activities. Stay abreast of the latest industry and therapy area trends through attending relevant conferences and engaging in meaningful interactions with KOLs. Build and maintain a strong global AZ network and relationships through attendance at regional/global workshops, focusing on medical collaboration and knowledge sharing for the new drug. Develop high-impact promotional PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey the key messages and scientific rationale of the new drug. 5. Strong Compliance Awareness Comply with AZ Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations during business operations. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, clinical medicine or clinical pharmacy is preferred. 5-8 years working experience in pharmaceutical line or related, medical advisor or MSL experience is preferred. Solid experience in brand management, and basic marketing, with proven communication and presentation abilities Extensive experience in communicating with medical experts or collaborating with medical associations. Prior experience in managing chronic disease products in the fields related to cardiorenal-metabolic conditions is preferred.
