Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival. Follow established Solette service sequence for consistent food & beverage guest experiences. Handle payment for guest purchases in compliance with Solette, Payment Card Industry and cash handling procedures. Properly ring guest orders through the POS system. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Work with a spirit of teamwork. Communicate needs and ideas to management. Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the menu. Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room Promptly deliver food to the correct guests according to table and position numbers Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment Ability to effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels Follows all safety and sanitation policies. Upsell items to guests. Properly check all guests’ identification to ensure legal age compliance. Perform side work as needed. Keep server station clean and organized. What You Bring: Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced restaurant preferred.
