Work Flexibility: Hybrid The Specialist, Commercial Support provides administrative and operational support to the Joint Replacement (JR) and MedSurg teams. This role is responsible for coordinating product-related activities, including workshops, exhibitions, customer evaluations, and demonstration programs. The position works closely with Marketing, Sales Representatives, distributors, and the Technical Service Team to ensure the efficient preparation, tracking, delivery, and management of products and related materials. The role also maintains accurate product records, supports evaluation activities, monitors product movements, and contributes to the smooth execution of marketing and customer support initiatives. Responsibilities
1. Joint Replacement Team (JR) Coordinate with the Marketing Team and Sales Representatives to prepare and deliver products, materials, and equipment for Workshops, Exhibitions, and Booth activities. Support the Marketing Team in sourcing and procuring equipment, materials, and supplies required for Workshops and Booth events. Coordinate with distributor and Sales Representatives to arrange product deliveries for Workshops and Booth activities. Track and monitor the movement and location of demonstration products stored in the office stockroom. 2. MedSurg Team Support the Sales and Marketing Teams in preparing products for customer evaluations, Workshop and Booth event. Maintain product evaluation records and track product locations to ensure product traceability. Coordinate with distributors to deliver evaluation products and equipment based on Sales Representatives' and Marketing Team requests. Record and follow up on evaluation feedback from Sales Representatives and the Marketing Team. Assist the Marketing Team in coordinating with distributor to arrange evaluation products (BOM Sets). Support the Marketing Team in preparing products for Workshops and Booth activities. Coordinate with the Technical Service Team to inspect and assess products in cases of product issues or complaints. Track and monitor the movement and location of demonstration products stored in the office stockroom.
Education
& Professional Qualification
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in Administration, Sales Support, Marketing Support, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience
in medical devices, healthcare, or related industries is preferred. Skills & Competencies Good with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Good coordination and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
