A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Customer Service Representative at MKS Instruments, you will partner with customer support in providing excellent communication to our external customers. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Customer Relations. You Will Make an Impact By: Assist customers by performing the functions necessary to create and process RMAs, Sales Orders and Quotes. Engage with customers in a friendly tone and work to resolve any concerns, questions. Be self-starters who function well with minimal oversight. Be proactive, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Work closely with Field Sales Engineers. Work closely with Calibration/Production Team. Skills You Bring: Knowledge with CRM systems and practices Must have ERP experience preferably SAP, Outlook, and other Office applications. Continuous improvement skills, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. An AA Degree is preferred but not required. Strong people skills and active listening. 5 years Experience in customer service. All other duties/tasks assigned by Management.
