Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the definition, development, and effective implementation of all product management plans for market or product segment within a Product Category. The role is responsible for creating and implementing business strategies and leading interdisciplinary teams charged with growing a specific market or product segments. The role is also responsible for building a financial plan that aligns with the short-term and long-term expectations of a specific market or product segment. This position requires creative, strategic and tactical thinking with an analytical approach to improve key metrics across the assigned market or product segment portfolio utilizing both upstream and downstream marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Leads a cross-functional Growth Team responsible for a specific market or product segment within a Product Category. Oversees and manages product lifecycle from product planning to phasing out of the product(s) for a specific market or product segment. Develops vision and strategy for an assigned market or product segment. Leads the development of the product and technology roadmap for a specific market or product segment. Adheres to and executes growth team strategies to achieve short-term and long-term market or product segment revenue and profit targets. Aligns market or product segment strategy and innovation plan through the development of technology and capability roadmaps (in conjunction with technical and operations teams). Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, R&D, Quality/Regulatory, and Finance for a specific market or product segment to influence outcomes for the growth team and product line. Works alongside marketing team members to maintain relationship with and manage clinical advisors. Oversees and drives the establishment of strategic marketing plans for each a specific market or product segment. Defines pricing strategy and hold teams accountable to defined pricing guidelines to deliver on profit and revenue goals. Leverages competitive positioning, market insights, and customer data to enable successful account plans and strategies that deliver on goals and objectives. Leads development and execution of market and product-specific event and tradeshow plans/strategies in collaboration with marketing specialists (messaging, booth/experience, lead capture, and post-event follow-up). Manages and develops a Product Manager/Marketing associate(s); guides associate(s) to assess product mix, evaluate market share, conduct competitive analysis, and identify enabling products and technologies. Assists Sales team by engaging in business targeting / prospecting for a specific market or product segment. Performs other duties as required.

10 years or more of progressive Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, or Commercial Sales leadership experience, with a track record of success in building strategic plans and developing teams to support execution in large commercial organizations. Med-tech product experience preferred, but not required.
