Responsibilities
Maintenance and servicing of production machines and automation equipment Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and control system failures Programming and configuration of PLC controllers (SIEMENS, etc.) Operation of HMI panels and SCADA systems Maintaining failure and repair documentation in the TPM system Development, optimization, and implementation of new maintenance solutions Teamwork and cooperation with the production and engineering departments
Requirements
Technical education Ability to program PLC controllers SEP electrical qualifications up to 1 kV Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics Knowledge of industrial automation systems (inverters, servo drives, pneumatics) Ability to diagnose and repair automation and electrical machinery, as well as practical problem-solving skills Computer literacy (MS Office, email) Availability to work in a two-shift system Nice to have:
Experience
