This position reports to: Quality Control Manager __ QM 质检员岗位要求 一、学历与专业要求 学历要求：中专/技校及以上学历，本科学历优先。 专业要求：机械、电子、自动化或理工科相关专业背景者优先。 二、任职资格与技能 基础技能：能熟悉公司产品结构、组装工艺及测试流程；熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件进行数据整理与报告输出。 工具使用：能熟练操作气/电批、卡尺、投影仪、万用表等常用检测与装配工具。 识图能力：具备基础的机械知识，能够独立识读机械图纸优先。 行业经验：有产线质量检测、制程改进或相关制造业经验者优先。 作业证书：持有低压电工作业资格证者优先考虑。 三、工作内容 产品检验：严格依据图纸、技术文件或作业指导书（SOP），对零部件及成品进行检验。 功能测试：按照标准作业流程，对产品进行功能测试，确保性能达标。 异常分析与处置：协助工程师进行质量问题的分析与排查及异常处置；按要求完成样品的拆装与测试，并规范整理、输出检测报告。 沟通反馈：及时向直线经理及相关人员反馈工作进展与质量情况。 四、职业素养 工作态度：服从工作安排，态度严谨，责任心强。 综合素质：心态积极向上，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神。 身体素质：身体健康，能适应制造业工作节奏，吃苦耐劳。 学习意愿：具备较强的求知欲，能主动钻研产品原理、标准测试要求及设备操作方法。 Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
