Ensuring consistency in primary and secondary sales. Analyzing and handling Competition and competitor activities. Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members. Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Mumbai area. * Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance their effectiveness. * Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned territory, focusing on key accounts and untapped potential. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors. * Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive sales initiatives. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management. * Manage sales budgets, expenses, and promotional activities effectively to maximize ROI. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. * Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in FMCG/OTC/Personal care, sales management role. * Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry. * Strong understanding of the Mumbai pharmaceutical market, including key customers, competitors, and regulatory landscape. * Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
