For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Deputy Manager & PMO Coordinator Job Description Integral member of the Global PMO team responsible for coordinating with other Global PMO Team members to support on-going initiatives. Initiatives will include, but not limited to Monthly Global PM Team Meeting attendance and participation tracking, new PM On-boarding process maintenance, issuing of Project Workspaces and maintenance of the PMO Coordinator Manual. Coordinator will also be responsible to create and maintain the Global PM Intranet site along with keeping all IT systems, process maps and tools related to Global Project Management up to date. •Integral member of Global PMO team taking ownership of the continued development and maintenance of the PM Intranet site, the development and maintenance of Project Management Process Maps and training curriculum to support these process maps and the monthly change order review and reporting process. • •With support of local and Global PM teams, organize meetings to gather input from global PM’s and key stakeholders to learn the specific processes to support the creation of the process maps. • •Responsible for collecting and maintaining metrics on all global Project Managers including global meeting attendance and participation. • •With support of the Learning and Development team as well as other Global PMO team members, create training content to accompany the PM Processes. • •Support creation and manage the content of the Global PM Intranet Site including researching industry news and client information. Collaborate with sites for site specific content to be included. • • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, present to senior leadership on project status and progress. • •Proximity to an existing Piramal site is preferred, some travel may be required •Excellent understanding of project management processes related to pharmaceutical discovery, development and manufacturing, from project initiation to closeout. • •Self Driven to stay on task while working remotely. • •Strong communication skills (Excellent command of English is necessary) with the ability to interact effectively with a cross-section of stakeholders in multiple time zones. •Strong presentation skills with the ability to present interactively and engage listeners in a two-way conversation. • •Personal initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and collaborative approach. • •Results oriented. Able to take process/user requirements and translate into a solution. • •Extremely well versed with technology with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Smartsheet, MS Office applications, QlikSense (or other power BI tool) preferred.
