Divisional Description: Group COO - Global Procurement (GP) enables Deutsche Bank (DB) to optimize supplier relationships to meet its strategic objectives We partner across the bank to develop and execute strategies to meet our business requirements We apply our understanding of the supply market and specialized procurement capabilities to optimize value created We enable the bank to access suppliers by identifying and mitigating vendor risks We manage the platforms to enable efficient purchasing of goods and services Team Description: Within GP, the Procurement Transformation & Remediation (T&R) team underpins and enables the ambitions of GP through partnering and strong alignment across the function to deliver transformation, defining learning & development and unlocking value creation. They cover Data & Analytics, Product Management, Strategic Procurement Process, Performance & Governance, Strategy & Engagement and Group Vendor Management Office, Third Party Contracting, and Contingent Workforce Management. Vendor Performance Management – Leads the development and implementation of the Bank’s vendor performance management framework, enabling consistent measurement, governance, and oversight of supplier performance. The team enhances supplier accountability, supports risk management objectives, drives value realization, and enables data-driven decision-making across the third-party lifecycle. As a Vendor Performance Management – Project and Change Lead, you will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives that strengthen how Deutsche Bank measures, governs, and manages supplier performance globally. You will support programme management, governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, process improvement, and change delivery across multiple business divisions and regions. You will contribute to the design and implementation of vendor performance frameworks, performance metrics, governance processes, data and reporting capabilities, and technology-enabled solutions. You will work closely with Procurement, Vendor Management, Risk, Technology and Business stakeholders to support value delivery and continuous improvement across the supplier ecosystem. You will be a key contributor to managing the programme, communicating with stakeholders, reporting progress, and supporting the successful adoption of new vendor performance capabilities. .

Responsibilities

Manage programme governance activities, including reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and action tracking across global workstreams. Prepare executive reporting, governance materials, presentations, and decision papers for senior management forums. Coordinate programme plans, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to support successful delivery. Support business readiness, change management, communications, and adoption activities across impacted functions. Partner with Procurement, Vendor Management, Risk, Technology, and Business stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve delivery challenges, and drive programme outcomes Skills:

Experience

supporting large-scale transformation, procurement, vendor management, or regulatory programmes within a global organisation. Strong project management office (PMO) experience including planning, governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience

producing high-quality executive presentations, management reporting, and governance materials for senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
