Work Flexibility: Field-based Stryker is seeking a tenacious, customer service-focused Project Manager to lead customer implementations from post‑sale kickoff through final delivery and handoff to Support. This role will lead internal project teams in the delivery of high-quality solutions across all Vocera product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements. This role reports to the Senior Regional Manager, Implementation Project Management. What you will do: Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to drive successful outcomes within project scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations Own end-to-end delivery, driving results across scope, schedule, risks, and shifting priorities through strong ownership of project planning and execution, including WBS, critical path, and key milestones using industry standard tools. Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the Vocera Solutions Deployment Methodology Own project risk management by proactively identifying and addressing issues, driving resolution, and escalating when needed to keep projects on track. Manage project communications, including facilitating regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes as necessary, and managing all ongoing action items Lead stakeholder engagement; synthesizes input to refine scope and guide clear decisions Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback Knowledge & Capabilities Builds strong cross-functional relationships and navigates complex organizational dynamics Effective communicator and presenter: understands how to engage diverse audiences, adjust as appropriate and checks for understanding along the way Self-motivated: enjoys tackling goals, growing and developing, and is accountable for goals being met Demonstrates high emotional intelligence; manages conflict and maintains team effectiveness under pressure Exercises strong judgment in ambiguity, balancing risk, impact, and dependencies Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously Growth mindset – learns from previous mistakes and picks up new skills quickly What you will need: BS or equivalent and 4+ years of professional work experience PMP certification highly preferred Project management experience in a professional services organization, ideally within healthcare or software preferred Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America United States of America Pay Ranges: USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
