As a Lead Business Analyst, you will act as a trusted partner to Finance stakeholders, helping identify, prioritize, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the user experience across end-to-end Finance processes. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with Finance teams, IT, Compliance, Controls, and development resources to translate business needs into scalable solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end process transformation initiatives, influence strategic decisions, and help drive the adoption of emerging technologies that deliver measurable business value while supporting Stryker's mission of improving healthcare worldwide. What You Will Do Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, automation, digital solutions, and AI adoption across Finance operations. Lead business analysis activities for transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and implementation support. Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business challenges, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and develop solutions that deliver measurable value. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Controls, developers, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery. Support end-to-end process transformation projects, helping redesign ways of working and improve operational performance across Finance processes. Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities, build business cases, and support data-driven decision-making. Manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously, balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, and resource considerations. Drive stakeholder adoption of new solutions while ensuring compliance with Finance controls, audit requirements, and governance standards. What You Will Need Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Excellence professional, Finance Transformation specialist, or a similar role.

Experience

partnering with multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance, IT, Compliance, Controls, and external vendors.

Experience

supporting automation, digital transformation, system implementation, or process improvement initiatives. Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Visio, Power BI, Excel, process mining platforms, and automation technologies. Fluent English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

working with Finance processes within a shared services, global business services, or multinational environment. Exposure to AI-enabled technologies, intelligent automation, process mining, or digital transformation programs. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification. Project Management certification and/or Agile delivery experience. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
