What We Do A Cash Management Specialist is responsible for all activities related to payment processing. Processes payments promptly and accurately and clears all exception items in a timely manner. How You'll Contribute Process transactions accurately and timely in accordance with departmental and investor guidelines Ensures exception items are identified and resolved in a timely manner Document the system with comments regarding disposition of work items Identify, research, and resolve issues Make recommendations for the improvement of controls and processes within the department Assist with internal or external audit requests Communicate any trends and / or problems with recommended solutions to management Assist with the creation and maintenance of department documentation; including, but not limited to, policies and procedures Other duties and tasks, as assigned What You'll Bring Required Education, Experience, Licensure & Certification High School diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience Financial Services Industry experience a plus Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Office products and company operating systems Analytical Problem-solving skills; organized Customer service, team and goal oriented Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department Good verbal and written communication skills Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level Pay Range: $21.24 - $28.31 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
