Key Responsibilities: Monitorear las operaciones diarias realizadas en la organización con apego al manual de contabilidad elaborado por la empresa, clasificando y registrando las operaciones contables con la finalidad de emitir información a terceros para la toma de decisiones (anticipos, reembolsos de gastos fijos y revolventes, registro de bonificaciones, desembolsos, etc.) Elaboración de conciliaciones bancarias mensuales, dando seguimiento a las partidas en conciliación y determinando la razonabilidad de las mismas. Integración y depuración de cuentas (Cuentas por Pagar, por Cobrar y Activos Fijos). Dar seguimiento a los anticipos otorgados a proveedores y empleados con la finalidad de evitar retraso en su comprobación. Brindar apoyo en actividades de carácter administrativo relacionados con el área, así como dar seguimiento a las necesidades de cada una de las sucursales. Archivo de Pólizas e información Contable. Detalle de operaciones extra-libros, por proyectos especiales. Integración de declaración informativa de operaciones con terceros. Integración de la declaración mensual y el anual de los impuestos federales. Dar respuesta a requerimientos de las autoridades fiscales. Elaboración de reportes financieros. Apoyo a la coordinación en actividades de cierre de mes como: facturación, registros contables, control de activos fijos e inventarios físicos. Calculo de depreciaciones y amortizaciones de activos fijos. Apoyo en la atención y seguimiento de las auditorias.
