Job Description Leads or coordinates cross-functional technical projects focused on development of new or enhancement of existing products which may include the design of new automation in product manufacturing processes and adherence to compliance requirements Responsible for planning, budgeting, use of resources, communicating progress, issue resolution and overall project execution. Tracks the project-deliverables from initiation through delivery or implementation, while ensuring that the project is successfully executed, and results achieve quality, reliability, schedule, efficiency and/or cost goals. Reviews, identifies and/or documents technical requirements and tasks, creates schedule for tracking achievement of deliverables, assesses and manages project risk and dependencies, coordinates necessary approvals and may prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and/or quantitative analyses. Projects may require deep business acumen, specific technical knowledge and/or mastery of project management steps/tools. Project team may consist of internal, cross-functional and/or external technical resources and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. At least 4+ years experience in Project Management or related. Preferably a PMP(c) or CAPM(c) certification. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
