About the Role
We're a well-funded, Series A AI-powered procurement intelligence platform serving the industrial sector — helping companies modernise how they manage spend, suppliers, and sourcing through a suite of AI agents. Our product is used daily by non-technical procurement professionals who need AI to feel natural, trustworthy, and genuinely useful — not like a black box bolted onto a legacy workflow.
We're hiring a Senior or Staff Product Designer to join a small, high-craft design team embedded closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts. This is a pivotal role: you'll define how agentic AI capabilities surface in the product — from the moment an agent starts working, through to how findings and recommendations are presented and acted upon. Great design here doesn't just improve usability; it directly determines whether powerful AI features get adopted and whether customers realise real cost savings.
What You'll Do
- Define interaction patterns for agentic AI capabilities — covering status states ("the agent is working"), result surfaces ("here's what it found"), and human-in-the-loop collaboration moments.
- Design workflows that position AI and human judgment as collaborators, not competitors, with a clear focus on trust and transparency.
- Produce short-horizon vision work (3–6 month horizon) as runnable prototypes and tangible artefacts that align and guide the broader team.
- Raise overall product craft and coherence as engineering velocity and feature output scale.
- Work directly in code for last-mile polish — check out PRs and fine-tune interactions before features ship.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and procurement domain experts to translate complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, usable experiences.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Senior-level product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work — ideally in B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or data-heavy products.
- A "block-shaped" designer: solid across visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and prototyping in code — not a single-specialty generalist.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype beyond Figma — you build runnable prototypes that communicate intent, behaviour, and edge cases.
- Comfortable checking out PRs and making direct code-level interaction tweaks before shipping (this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have).
- Thoughtful, well-formed opinions on how AI should appear in products — trust, transparency, appropriate automation, and avoiding over-automation.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and inventing new patterns for genuinely novel problems.
- Active daily user of AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) as part of your research, ideation, and prototyping workflow.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing for non-technical users in complex B2B domains (e.g. procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, finance).
- Prior work on agentic or autonomous AI features in a shipped product.
- Familiarity with industrial or procurement software contexts.
Location & Work Arrangement
This role is based on-site in Munich, Germany. Candidates must be able to work from the Munich office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

- Join a well-resourced, Series A company backed by top-tier European and global investors, with strong customer traction in the industrial sector.
- Small design team = high ownership, high visibility, and direct impact on product direction.
- Collaborate with a team that includes alumni from leading strategy, consulting, and enterprise software organisations.
