Job Mission: Mission Overview: The Forecasting Coordinator supports accurate and timely forecasting and inventory operations by ensuring reliable data management, reporting, system updates, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities

1. Forecasting & Performance Reporting Prepare recurring forecasting, inventory, and order-related reports, including Sell-out Forecast, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Coverage, Order Proposal, and Purchase Plan, ensuring timely and reliable reporting for business review. 2. Forecast Review & Action Follow-up Prepare materials for forecast review and validation meetings, track forecast accuracy and gaps, support new-product forecast follow-up, and monitor agreed action items through completion. 3. System & Data Management Support system uploads and maintains accurate forecasting, inventory, and master data to ensure consistency across reporting and planning processes. 4. Sales, Stock & Inventory Monitoring Extract daily sales data and prepare stock, MTD, and inventory-analysis reports to support visibility on sales performance, stock position, and potential supply risks. 5. Inventory Risk & OOS Follow-up Support inventory and stock analysis, prepare OOS reporting, and follow up on aging stock, slow-moving items, back orders, and stock-out risks in coordination with relevant teams. 6. Channel Allocation & Order Support Coordinate stock allocation by channel, order tracking, SPM processes, store allocation, and inbound status to support smooth order execution and channel availability. 7. Cross-functional Coordination Support recurring team deliverables and coordinate with Marketing, Retail, DC, Finance, Logistics, and Regional/Global teams to ensure alignment on forecasting, inventory, and order-related priorities. Qualifications

4 years university degree Good interpersonal communication skills both in English & Korean Work

Experience

1+ years experienced in FMCG industry or in supply chain management field Forecasting experience in FBP industry is preferred Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Required Competencies Fluent in verbal and written English Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels Strong numerical sense Operating skills of computer utility (MS Office program, diverse logistics and ERP programs) Key Interactions / Stakeholders: Local Marketing and Forecasting team.
