Responsibilities
To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times Ensure H&S Systems and processes are managed and adhered to Accountable for planning, execution and monitoring of the maintenance plan. Carry out AMHE equipment servicing in accordance with the quality standards and time schedules as set out in the equipment manuals. Ensure CMMS adoption to accurately record all work undertaken and generate reports. Lead and manager team of maintenance technicians & shift pattern Monitor site inventory. Undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices. Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs with the support of Service Technical Assistance dept. To ensure quality of output at all times Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations. To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company. Evaluate risks of overdue maintenance and change management/prioritization of a new maintenance plan Ensure to main control of the costs to execute the maintenance program. Define the lists of required tool & ppe for his/her personnel. Determine the required spares for the planned and/or unplanned outages. Write up periodical reports about the service activities. Oversee the recruitment, training and development of all Dematic Resident Site based employees. Experience
To have a good understanding of automatic systems.
