En tant qu'ingénieur Automatisation, vous serez responsable de piloter un ou plusieurs projets de développement en automatisation — depuis la collecte des besoins jusqu’au démarrage en production. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de nouveaux procédés et la mise en œuvre d’améliorations visant à renforcer l’efficacité, la qualité produit et la performance économique (notamment la réduction des coûts de maintenance et la standardisation). À propos du poste : Définir, réaliser et mettre en œuvre la programmation d’automates programmables (PLC), de systèmes de vision industrielle, de robots et d’autres équipements. Gérer le périmètre automatisation des projets d’industrialisation : identifier les solutions techniques et les matériels, préparer les estimations de coûts, définir les cahiers des charges, assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre et de la validation. Animer des équipes projet pluridisciplinaires en automatisation : ressources internes et externes. Assurer la responsabilité complète des projets d’industrialisation dont l’automatisation et/ou l’informatique industrielle constituent le cœur. Garantir la livraison des projets selon les objectifs QCD (Qualité, Coût, Délai) et les jalons opérationnels. Contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue : optimisation des procédés, standardisation, suivi de performance. Participer à la veille technologique et à la validation de nouvelles technologies d’automatisation pour accompagner l’évolution de la R&D et de la production. À propos de vous : Diplôme en Automatisme, Génie Industriel, Mécatronique ou équivalent. Solide expérience en automatisation industrielle et en systèmes de vision industrielle. Des compétences en robotique et en informatique industrielle (PLC, SCADA, MES) sont un plus. Connaissances en micromécanique, systèmes de mesure et outils statistiques appréciées. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques ; la connaissance des standards qualité automobile et des systèmes ERP est un atout. Maîtrise du français ; l’anglais est un plus. Excellentes compétences en communication, gestion de projet et leadership transversal. Esprit orienté résultats, sens du client, créativité et capacité à collaborer.
