Job Responsibilities: Lead the development and optimization of AA coupling technical solutions and process flows. Drive process evaluation, DOE verification, failure analysis, and provide technical risk assessments and improvement plans. Lead yield improvement, cost reduction, process stability enhancement, and manufacturing efficiency optimization. Responsible for key process development and technical breakthroughs for new products. Lead the transfer of new products from R&D to mass production, ensuring product performance, quality, and yield targets are achieved. Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support during pilot runs and mass production. Establish process standards, SOPs, FMEA, SPC/CPK monitoring systems, and related engineering documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RD, Automation, Equipment, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve technical issues. Mentor junior engineers and support team capability development. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering, Optoelectronics, or related fields. More than 5 years of experience in optical communication or semiconductor process engineering. Strong experience in AA coupling processes, optical alignment, active alignment, or photonics packaging is preferred. Familiar with SPC, CPK, DOE, FMEA, 8D, and other quality/process control methodologies. Familiar with optical devices/modules, fiber coupling, grating coupling, FA alignment, and related optical principles. Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.
