To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned. Support all PCI departments in special and routine service functions such as timely facility repairs, facility preparation for special events, etc. Be self-reliant to perform directed facility related projects by the Facility Reliability Lead, Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Manager or Director. These may include any or all of the following: Repair and preventative maintenance of facility roofs, walls, doors, windows, etc. Repair and preventative maintenance of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, lighting, electrical, and plumbing systems. Repair and preventative maintenance of parking lots and exterior grounds. Support the PCI facilities as part of the FRT On-Call team, once facility proficiencies have been reached. Assist with snow removal efforts performed by PCI with regard to sidewalks, snow plowing, and salting of parking lots and sidewalks. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.

Basic Mathematical Skills Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs. Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations. Must possess the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions. Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Preferred: Ability to demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a changing work environment. Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction. Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. CFC certification Must possess the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions. The hiring rate for this position is $19.96 -$22.46 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
