You will manage end-to-end procure-to-pay activities with care, accuracy and strong controls. You will work closely with procurement, vendors and internal teams to process invoices, manage payments and maintain supplier records. Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payment requests accurately and on time. Prepare and execute payment proposals and review payment exceptions to meet contract terms. Maintain and update vendor records in the financial system and support vendor onboarding. Review travel and expense claims for policy compliance and ensure timely reimbursements. Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers. Support audit, compliance and control activities to protect the business and ensure accurate financial postings. Education, Skills and
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field. 1 -2 years of experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay or similar finance operations role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well with internal and external stakeholders. Professional accounting qualification or studying toward one (for example ACCA, CA, CIMA).
Experience
with SAP or other large ERP platforms. Knowledge of local tax rules and vendor compliance requirements in Pakistan.
Experience
