Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet applications, word processing, and desktop publishing software. Working knowledge of data management procedures and institutional software programs. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Duties

40% - Project Management: Manage multiple and diverse assignments in a team environment. Plan, organize, execute, and track progress of lab functions in coordination with the lab Director. Identify issues and recommend process improvements and solutions. Maintain project documentation and records. 30% - Student Team Coordination: Coordinate and support undergraduate student research assistants. Work directly with team members to ensure that deadlines are met. Coordinate weekly progress reports from team members. Respond to questions and serve as a key point of contact for team members. Schedule internal and external meetings, and book meeting rooms when needed. 20% - Communications: Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with team members and university offices. Draft internal memos and presentations of research outcomes. Record meeting notes and track follow-up items. Assist in preparing written research materials and reports. 5% - Research Design & Analytics: Implement research or data collection methodology. Contribute to literature reviews. Provide background research inputs. 5% - Quality Assurance: Develop knowledge of QA procedures and methodology.
