Responsibilities
Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of aggregated site results/forecasts and communication of results to site and category leadership (including SPR’s, CI reviews, Profit bridges, Site CAPEX, quarter end pacing and site close) Using strong business acumen, collaborates as a cross-functional business partner providing site support and analysis in developing the strategic plan, long-range plan, budget, and rolling forecast and Annual Operating Plans as well as all financial analysis supporting both P&L and Balance sheet. Responsible for analyzing the sites annual budget and forecast processes at the product category level. Provides insight and recommendations into site performance so that actions can be taken to continuously drive improvements and profitability growth. Supports and synthesizes the analysis of site decisions, including site transfers and site expansions. Effectively communicates with the President and category leadership team as well as the Senior Director of Operations Finance on current business trends, risks and opportunities impacting the sites both short and long term. Supports the development and execution of sites plans, leading indicators, Key Performance Indicators, and trending metrics Responsible for working effectively across functional and reporting lines in accomplishing their responsibilities. Analyzes and supports the financial aspects of site projects, including quality improvement initiatives, cost reduction efforts, and evaluation of new business/product opportunities. Manages direct reports; performance, development and training process to ensure a highly skilled and engaged workforce. Responsible for processing and communication of annual performance evaluations, bonus and merit planning for direct reports. Driving process improvements (RPA, BPE, additional reporting) and common templates and processes across the sites Performs ad hoc requests and other functions as required for site support and synthesis.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance. MBA or advanced degree a plus, but not required.

7-10 years of related experience is required.

within a manufacturing company with multi-facility responsibility is a must.

within a lean manufacturing environment utilizing Lean Accounting a plus. Knowledge & Skills: Specialized Knowledge: Ability to recognize trends and patterns in the business and strategically look at the sites and make recommendations for solutions. Analytical thinking, modeling and forecasts experience. Detailed analysis experience including comparisons to budget, forecast and prior year. Proficient knowledge and skill in ERP computer applications; Oracle & Hyperion preferred Understanding of GAAP accounting. Specialized Skills and Other: Database knowledge and strong communication and presentation skills, regularly presenting to management. Travel up to 10-15% depending on business needs.
