Responsibilities
To lead and direct the time & attendance and payroll service. To manage the payroll team to ensure the shared service delivers payroll services that meet customer expectations and service level agreements. To manage the payroll team to carry out the day-to-day processes for the provision of an effective, timely and accurate payroll service for the subsidiaries and in accordance with the appropriate HR policies, service standards, and performance requirements. To oversee the training and development of the payroll team to promote knowledge transfer, develop skills and to provide stable resilience for the on-going operation the payroll service. To ensure that all payroll controls, payroll compliance and all audit regulatory requirements are met. Qualifications
Proven payroll experience in Shared Service Centre Strong understanding and relevant experience in HRIS and Payroll system
Experience
of working on and managing multiple payrolls, working towards multiple deadlines Management and overseeing of a payroll team Hands-on, willing to step in to process payroll if needed Possess good knowledge and experience in SEA & Oceania regulatory requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving kills Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including subsidiaries’ HR, IT, and other relevant teams Effective partnership working skills including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
