Responsibilities: Continuous improving and realizing activity for stable operation of existing Epitaxy & Wafer process production line. Making effective preventative maintenance (PM) plan and execution to stabilize and maximize the mass-production capability (Address to sudden tool troubles and malfunction). Wafer process condition check by collaborating with epitaxy & process engineering teams to resume the production line after fixing the tools. KPI visualization activity of manufacturing tool data like utilization rate, tool availability etc. Anomaly detection both from predictive and post analysis from tool operation status database. Expected Background: Graduate technical college or above. BSc, MSc degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or a relevant equivalent technical field. Expected Skill: Highly recommend if applicant have experience in charge of wafer process tools handling and maintenance and/or wafer epitaxy & process development for semiconductor optical devices.
