Kipling EMEA is looking for an exceptional Senior Specialist, Influencer & Community (EMEA) to join our Marketing team based in Antwerp, Belgium. You will play a critical role in transforming Kipling’s influencer strategy from campaign-led to relationship-driven, helping elevate the brand and connect with a more mature, style-conscious audience across key European markets. Your main objective in this role is to build and lead a premium influencer and cultural network for Kipling across France, UK and Germany, shifting from one-off campaigns to long-term partnerships that elevate brand perception and connect with a more mature, lifestyle-driven audience. This role plays a key part in repositioning Kipling through a more curated, strategic and brand-driven influencer approach. Key responsibilities 1. Network & Ecosystem Building Build, grow and maintain a high-quality network of influencers, tastemakers, PR contacts and cultural profiles across key markets: France, UK and Germany Leverage existing personal network and proactively identify new talent aligned with Kipling’s positioning Focus on more mature (30–50), lifestyle-oriented female profiles, beyond traditional Gen Z influencer pools Develop a long-term talent ecosystem, moving from transactional collaborations to strategic partnerships 2. Influencer Strategy (A–Z Ownership) Own influencer strategy end-to-end: talent sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution and reporting Define market-specific strategies for FR/UK/DE while ensuring regional consistency Integrate influencer into broader brand, content and campaign strategy in close collaboration with Global teams Balance brand-building objectives with performance where relevant 3. Long-term Partnerships & Ambassador Programs Design and implement ambassador programs and repeat partnership frameworks Build a scalable regional talent pool for ongoing engagement Track and optimize long-term partnership value (not just campaign metrics) Ensure strong, professional relationship management with partners 4. PR & Cultural Integration Work closely with PR teams to connect influencer activity with earned media, events and cultural moments Activate profiles at the intersection of influence, media, lifestyle and culture (e.g. editors, stylists, creatives, entrepreneurs) Drive a more editorial and premium approach to influencer marketing Profile

Requirements

Experience

5+ years in influencer marketing, PR, talent partnerships or related fields Proven experience working with premium, lifestyle or fashion brands Strong track record of building long-term influencer programs and partnerships

Experience

across multiple European markets (FR/UK/DE strongly preferred) Network & Expertise Established personal network of influencers, agents, PR contacts and cultural profiles Deep understanding of the European influencer ecosystem Ability to work with more mature talent and audiences, not only Gen Z creators Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Education

A formal education and a university bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Management, Marketing, Fashion Business, or related fields is nice to have, but we are most interested in your overall experience and professional achievements. Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
