Duties
Review elements of submitted license applications to confirm eligibility and perform necessary steps to complete the application process. Generate appropriate reports, inspect applicant education and timeline, investigate any disciplinary issues, verify certification and other state licenses. Process all documentation required by Oklahoma law and administrative code for confirming eligibility for licensure. Ability to comprehend and apply laws and administrative code specific to licensing requirements. Provide customer service to applicants, licensees, and the public. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required Detail oriented Advanced computer skills in: Microsoft Suite Adobe Pro Zoom Excellent communication and active listening skills Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize Ability to work in a team environment
