The Opportunity Abbott Toxicology is the biggest provider for Drug & Alcohol testing in the country and also provides Occupational Health services through 23 medical centres across the country. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join the Toxicology Business Unit in Abingdon (Oxfordshire) that will support the existing and new accounts to ensure the best service experience. What You’ll Do As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for: Setting up customer accounts, making account amendments Logging and resolving customer invoicing complaints Following good documentation practice, ensuring customer information is stored appropriately for future reference Ensure customer invoicing complaints are logged within the system and resolved within the deadlines Investigating complaints fully to identify the root cause and appropriate resolution Liaising with multiple departments to identify appropriate solution Replying to customer queries mainly via email Answering incoming customer calls Required

Qualifications

GCSEs in English and Math’s to grade (or equivalent)

Experience

with working in an office-based, customer services or administration environment Good working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel

Experience
