Responsibilities
Accepting customer reservations and making loading planning in the most efficient and profitable way, To provide timely accurate information flow to the customer and / or group offices, Data entry of shipping documents into the system, Assisting the freight requests from the Sales & Marketing department, To follow the operation process from the vehicle exit to its arrival and to provide complete information flow. Qualifications
Graduated from related departments of universities, At least 2 years of experience in the International Transport / Logistics industry, Especially experienced in Overseas Operations and Road Transport, Experienced in customer relations Professional knowledge of English Able to use MS Office programs effectively, Good at analytical thinking, willing to research and learn, teamwork oriented, Having regular reporting habits and giving importance to documentation, Advanced communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving skills, result and solution-oriented, Male candidates must have completed military service, Residing in Istanbul, preferably on the European Side, No restriction for domestic and international travel Inclusion and social diversity are firmly anchored values in our corporate culture.
