May work some evening and weekend hours. All hours worked will be remote. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree or NAD-RID certification; completion of an Interpreter Training Program from an accredited institution; proficiency in ASL, including Academic ASL; mastery of a high register of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and extensive vocabulary; ability to match the language style of the consumers and the setting; ability to work a flexible work schedule to include evening and weekend hours; successful completion of a background check. Desired: Master’s degree; significant post-secondary interpreting experience.
