Support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of plant facility and utility systems, including HVAC, cleanroom environmental control, BMS/EMS, exhaust systems , water system and other assigned facility equipment. 2. Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, contractor coordination, deviation/CAPA activities and energy-saving initiatives under the guidance of the supervisor or engineer. Responsibilities
1. Assist in implementing preventive maintenance and routine inspections for HVAC, cleanroom, BMS/EMS, exhaust and other facility systems. 2. Monitor system operating data, identify abnormalities, support troubleshooting and follow up corrective actions. 3. Support maintenance and minor improvement projects, including work planning, site coordination, safety control, progress tracking and acceptance. 4. Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure work complies with technical specifications, GMP and EHS requirements. 5. Prepare and update SOPs, maintenance records, drawings, reports and other quality or engineering documents. 6. Assist with deviation investigations, CAPA/change control activities and qualification or validation work related to facility systems. 7. Support energy monitoring, data analysis and continuous-improvement initiatives. 8. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications
1. Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, automation or facility systems; ability and willingness to learn plant utility operations. 2. Good communication, coordination, problem-solving and teamwork skills. 3. Able to read basic technical drawings and use Microsoft Office; AutoCAD capability is preferred. 4. Good safety awareness and willingness to work on site and respond to urgent facility issues when required.

Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC, building environment and energy engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or a related engineering discipline. 2. No minimum work-experience requirement; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 3. Internship, project or coursework exposure to facility systems, GMP-regulated manufacturing, maintenance or energy management is preferred but not required. 4. Good English proficiency is required, with the ability to read and understand technical documents, SOPs, equipment manuals and engineering specifications, and to conduct basic written and verbal communication in English.
