Please send your resume in English DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA Principais Responsabilidades Apoiar o processo de elaboração dos demonstrativos contábeis de forma precisa e tempestiva, bem como o ciclo de fechamento mensal: gestão do razão geral (GL), realização de análises, preparação de reconciliações de contas patrimoniais, revisões e fornecimento de orientação contábil à equipe (trabalhando em estreita colaboração com as áreas de Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber e demais membros da equipe financeira). Ter domínio na preparação e revisão das apurações tributárias, cálculos e conciliação de impostos indiretos (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS e COFINS) e impostos diretos (IRPJ e CSLL). Garantir que assuntos contábeis complexos (incluindo consolidação, eliminação de saldos entre empresas do grupo, aquisições de ativos imobilizados e outras atividades) sejam contabilizados corretamente. Ser responsável por apoiar as atividades contábeis do dia a dia e a funcionalidade do ERP, garantindo a precisão e a integridade das informações financeiras registradas no sistema. Possuir amplo conhecimento da evolução das demandas referentes à Reforma Tributária e seus impactos no ambiente de negócios. Auxiliar na preparação e revisão dos relatórios financeiros mensais, incluindo: reporte de receita de vendas, reconciliações de contas patrimoniais, lançamentos contábeis, análise e explicação de resultados e tendências do negócio, análise de orçamento versus realizado e reporte de indicadores-chave (KPIs). Apoiar o Controller na manutenção das políticas e procedimentos contábeis, garantindo conformidade com os controles internos. Nesta função, você se reportará ao Controller. Você Gerará Impacto Ao: Planejar, organizar e supervisionar as atividades contábeis para garantir conformidade com as normas contábeis (IFRS). Estabelecer planos de ação, acompanhar justificativas de variações e identificar as causas-raiz dos desvios. Apoiar o Controller nos processos de orçamento e forecast. Preparar demonstrações financeiras societárias, fiscais e em IFRS. Elaborar obrigações acessórias e relatórios fiscais (ECD, ECF, IBGE, entre outros). Supervisionar a gestão de estoques, identificando riscos potenciais e avaliando provisões para obsolescência. Necessidade de viagens de até 10% do tempo. Competências que Você Traz Graduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou área correlata. MBA é um diferencial. Mais de 5 anos de experiência na função. Responsibilities

• Supporting the accurate and timely financial reporting process and month-end close cycle: GL management, performing analysis, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviews, and providing accounting guidance to the team (working very closely with the accounts payable/receivable functions and other finance team members). • Ensure that complex accounting matters (including consolidation, intercompany balance elimination, capital asset acquisitions and any other tasks) are accounted correctly • Responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting, GL management, and ERP functionality to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial information being entered into the system • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions • Assist in preparation and review of monthly financial reporting, including revenue reporting, balance Sheet account reconciliations and journal entries, analyzing and explaining business results and trends, budget vs. actual analysis and key metrics reporting • Assist the Controller with ensuring accounting policies and procedures are maintained for compliance with internal controls Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or any relevant field • 5+ years of experience as Site controller Assistant Physical Demands &

In this role, you will report to the Asset Controller.
