$26.55 - $39.85 Overview The Practice Coordinator supports the Practice Manager in the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. This role partners closely with clinical and administrative teams to support workflow, staff coordination, compliance, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Operations & Practice Support Partner with the Practice Manager to implement and support practice policies, procedures, and operational initiatives Assist with daily operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery of healthcare services Support coordination of staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation (staff, space, and equipment) Patient
Experience
& Service Excellence Promote high-quality patient care by ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and service standards Assist with resolving patient concerns related to billing, care, or service experience Foster strong collaboration between clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient satisfaction Staff Coordination & Human Resources Support Provide administrative oversight of practice staff in coordination with leadership Assist with scheduling, including vacation and coverage planning Support performance management processes, including feedback, coaching, and development recommendations Financial & Business Operations Support budget monitoring and expense management within assigned authority Assist with tracking operational performance and resource utilization Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote practice services Compliance & Quality Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, and coding standards Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits Maintain accurate documentation and practice records Communication & Coordination Serve as a liaison between providers, leadership, and external partners to facilitate communication and operations Coordinate meetings, communications, and practice initiatives Assist with facility-related needs, including safety planning and coordination of maintenance issues Skills &
