[What the role is] This is a 2-year contract position as Senior Executive, Internship Management in Careers & Global Immersion. [What you will be working on] Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Coordinate and administer student internship operations to ensure a smooth, timely and positive experience for students, academic schools and industry partners. Support the administration and enhancement of the Internship Management System to improve user experience, process efficiency and data accuracy. Work closely with key stakeholders to support effective communication, alignment and collaboration on internship matters. Respond to enquiries and feedback from NP internship supervisors, internship companies, students and parents, providing timely and service-oriented support. Leverage data tools to develop dashboards and reports that generate insights for enhancing internship quality, student experience and industry partnership development. Contribute to the review, improvement and digitalisation of internship-related processes to strengthen operational effectiveness and service delivery. Provide administrative and operational support to enable the effective delivery of internship programmes across the Polytechnic.
