Summary of the Position: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to optimize Workday Recruiting and HCM system design and configuration and processes. Resolve the functional issues and support day-to-day Business as Usual items. Prepare and maintain Workday user documentation. Serve as a first line resource on Global support to troubleshoot issues with Workday processes, notifications & security. Serve as Workday SME; actively participate in Workday Releases and staying ahead of new features/functionality being introduced by Workday.
