Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align testing objectives with overall project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management. - Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes. - Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality. - Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure product quality. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing. - Competence in collaborating with development and operations teams to enhance testing coverage and efficiency.
