Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands and ensure that solutions are tailored to meet those needs effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques. - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into functional specifications. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions. - Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to capture business needs accurately.
