Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday What you will do - Perform automated and manual testing of product software and electrical systems following approved SOPs and work instructions. Execute test requests and generate test reports for internal and external customers. Support the design, build, programming, integration, and validation of test systems. Configure and utilize test software for automation, system control, and data acquisition. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, test systems, and lab spaces. Build and execute test setups using established procedures, tools, and techniques. Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Monitor laboratory performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need - Required High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2+ years of work experience. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). May be required to move materials up to 50 pounds, reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job responsibilities. Preferred Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in related field. Electrical and software experience, or experience in a related technical field. $24.54 - $33.68 USD Hourly Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
