Work Flexibility: Remote The Associate Technical Instructor will deliver training sessions, provide student support, assess student progress and provide administrative support related to the training program and learning management system. This role collaborates with multiple stakeholders to help manage and improve the training program. Working hours can be any time between 6am CST until 6pm CST. What you will do: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on system administration topics, including operating systems, networking, security, and troubleshooting. Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns, and helping them to successfully complete their coursework. Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises and provide constructive feedback. Work closely with other instructors, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to continually improve the training program. What you need: Required: Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree 6+ years of additional relevant experience Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required Proficiency in operating systems networking, system security, and troubleshooting. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
