As a senior scientist within a high-performing outcomes research team, you will drive global and US strategies that shape market access and medical decision-making across our oncology portfolio. You will work with diverse specialists—medical, market access, statistics, and field teams—to design and deliver evidence that informs reimbursement, guides clinical practice, and accelerates adoption where it has the greatest impact. How will you shape the value story of our next oncology asset? Accountabilities: Evidence Strategy Leadership: Execute the asset strategy for Oncology Outcomes Research to assess, quantify, and communicate the value proposition across the product life cycle. Global and US RWE/HEOR Strategy: Lead specific global and US regional health outcomes strategies aligned to evidence generation and communication needs for external decision-makers. Real-World Study Delivery: Design, commission, and oversee high-quality, medically relevant, and scientifically robust real-world and health economics studies that withstand payer and HCP scrutiny. Cross-Functional Partnership: Support asset leads and collaborate with outcomes researchers and cross-functional partners to align on priorities and integrate evidence into medical and market access plans. Scientific Communication: Present findings at scientific congresses and co-author manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals to build external credibility and inform clinical and policy decisions. Field Enablement: Translate research outputs into clear tools and resources that empower field medical and access teams to articulate value with confidence. Vendor and Budget Management: Manage external partners and budgets to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards. Market Insight and Access Impact: Maintain deep knowledge of disease areas, customer dynamics, competitive landscapes, and reimbursement environments to anticipate evidence needs and shape strategy. Quality and Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to required ethical, legal, and methodological standards, with a focus on reproducibility and decision-grade evidence. Experience/Essential Skills: Minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, graduate degree strongly preferred (PhD, MS, MPH) in health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research and/or related fields. Understanding and knowledge and application of epidemiological/health outcomes methodology within pharmaceutical industry at an international level. In-depth expertise with research methods for real world research, HEOR projects including pharmacoepidemiologic models. Demonstrates analytical, judgment and problem-solving skills. Travel-10%. Desirable Skills/Experience: Advanced Scientific Degree 3 years of HEOR or Outcomes Research experience within industry. Standout colleague and supports the asset team within the O2R organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $116,284.00 - $174,426.00. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
