We’re looking for a Senior SDET Analyst to join our ever evolving Global Test Engineering team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll own Automated Framework & Tool Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain moderately complex software tools, test automation frameworks, and utilities to support continuous integration, testing, deployment, and delivery. White Box & Component Testing: Write, execute, and review mid-level unit and component tests at the source code level to identify improper coding, structural deficiencies, and hidden errors early in the SDLC. Performance, Security & Virtualization Testing: Author test scripts, analyze load and database performance to avoid bottlenecks, and use service virtualization tools to emulate dependent system components. CI/CD Integration & Environment Management: Install, customize, and deploy moderately complex CI frameworks, maintain automation infrastructure through scripting and data generation, and build automated compliance/security tests. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Planning: Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts to build intricate test plans, administer test data conditioning, and interpret multi-environment components for leadership. Project & Client Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for assigned moderately complex client projects, prioritizing test execution and providing clear feedback to internal and external clients. What you’ll bring Educational Foundation: Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another technical degree (equivalent professional experience will be considered). Core Technical Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience spanning software testing, coding, designing, and system development. Multi-Language Coding Proficiency: Strong programming and scripting capabilities in languages such as Java, C#, Perl, Python, Groovy, Oracle, and SQL. Diverse Tooling Expertise: Practical experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), unit testing, security testing, API/RESTful web services validation, and mobile testing. Modern SDLC & Methodology Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) along with advanced testing methodologies like Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD). Autonomous Problem Solving: Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways, evaluate identifiable data factors with good judgment, and operate with minimal instruction on day-to-day work. It’s a bonus if you have Advanced Academic Credentials: Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. Extended Strategy & Infrastructure Design: Minimum of 6 years of experience developing comprehensive automated testing strategies across a wide variety of environments and frameworks.
